American Freestyle Karate has been located in Staunton for over 10 years. Our focus at American Freestyle Karate is to develop our student’s mind and body. We do more than punching and kicking. Our motto is "Respect Everyone" and this motto transcends everything we do. We encourage our students to set goals, including earning their Black Belt, and achieve them through hard work and dedication. Instilling life skills such as focus, self discipline, concentration and respect allows our students to excel in all aspects of their lives.
