Women’s Self Defense - Private Class
Interested in a private class to find your confidence? Sign up for a time to meet with an AFK instructor and work exclusively on building strength, intensity, and a foundation in self defense skills.

Private Intro Class
Sign up for a Private Intro lesson with a trained black belt instructor and start your journey right! You’ll kick and punch your way into confidence and be invited to your first big in the school. Intros are great for families, adults, or individuals.

We’ll have a blast getting ready for the new school year as we practice school readiness skills!

Mother Daughter Self Defense Class
Join us for a special free Mother Daughter Self Defense class on Friday January 31st from 6.30 to 8pm! Ages 9 and up, please! We’ll focus on boosting confidence and safety in real-life scenarios. Dress comfortably!
Open House at Our New Location!
Join us at 1pm on Saturday, September 7th for a fun and engaging visit to American Freestyle Karate’s new location! We’ll play games and take a karate class. Instructors will be on hand to answer questions about our school and classes. Families are encouraged to attend and participate! Our classes are for ages 4 through adult. See you soon!

Kickstart Camp!
Kickstart is a 1 day camp for kids 6 and up who are interested in trying karate! The cost is $49.99 and includes a pizza lunch, earning a white belt, and tons of great fun!
